As a community we gather together at Mass to hear the Word of God and to share in prayer, song, and worship as we nourish ourselves in the Body of Christ.
“Liturgy” is a Greek composite word meaning originally a public duty, or a service to the state undertaken by a citizen. At St. Paul, liturgy is not a once-a week on Sunday “thing”.
Dedicated lay volunteers serve the community all through the week by providing Pastoral Care to the sick and homebound; singing at Funerals; or counseling the bereaved.
